I need you to help designing my website. Where do I start?

Please fill in the request a quote form and explain the detail of the services you need. We will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours after you submit the form.

How long does it take to have my website up?

It varies depending on the scope of each project, how detailed you want your artwork to be, complexity of the features and applications you want to have in your website, and how many revisions you will take. Our current turnaround time is eight weeks for web development projects and up to one week for logo design.

I’m not very tech savvy. Am I gonna be able to maintain my own website?

One of our goals is to build a user friendly website and ensure that your website is easy for you to manage on your own. We will assist you along the way via email whenever you need help in using any part of your website.

Will you design my business card?

Business card design is not to be purchased separately. It is however, included in any of our website or logo design services without additional charges. Please note that it will use the same design element as your website’s theme or logo.

Do you do T-Shirt design or invitation design?

As we currently focus on website and branding development only, we don’t cover T-Shirt design or invitation design services.

Can I order just a header design to put in my template? Or perhaps just one or two character illustrations?

No. Header designs and any other forms of artwork are not to be purchased separately from our website design or logo design services.

I’ve just submitted my request a quote form, can we start today?

As much as we are eager to start working on your project right at this very moment, we handle our projects on a first-come-first-serve basis and we can only take a number of new projects each month. After you submit your request a quote form, we will let you know our availability status on your desired start date. Our waiting list does fill up quickly, so it is always best to book at your earliest convenience.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal and wire transfer only. Paypal accepts many forms of payment like major credit cards, debit card, or cheque.
