Hanaila

Ine, the owner of Hanaila approached me for a blogshop (an online shop using a blog platform) design. She sells beautiful handmade accessories for women like brooches, slippers, hijabs, blouses, and so much more. She even makes crochet sajadah, how creative is that!

She specifically mentioned that she wanted to have an illustration of a lady showing some products that can represent what she sells. So most of the items in the illustration were drawn based on real products.

The platform I chose for this project is of course, WordPress, the holy grail blogging platform. Every single detail in the theme’s back end is tailored based on Ine’s requirements.

Xquizit Hair Design

Michelle came to us with the need of developing a website for her business, the Xquizit Hair Design. Xquizit Hair Design is a hair salon located in Jurong, Singapore. Like the name, Xquizit Hair Design is specializing in unique, extraordinary haircuts and hairstyling.

For the design, she wanted the website to match with her logo, with a little additional elements. She wasn’t very sure about what she was looking CMS wise. So I proposed a concept for her and she approved right on my first submission :D A page to provide information on Xquizit’s pricelist, staff, and mission, a blog/news section to share information on promotions and events, guestbook/testimonial, a contact page to provide information of their operating hours and how to reach them, and a photo gallery. Michelle had a lot of pictures of Xquizit’s customers that she took during events or while they were at work, so we tried to utilize them and made sure that the website would have a special place to keep all of the pictures documented.
